The Virtual Wellness Programs from Inwood Athletic Club offer you the accountability, focus and motivation you need from the fitness professionals you know and trust.
Choose from one of three plan options, all of which include 4 weeks of custom at-home workouts and individualized support from an Inwood Athletic Club personal trainer. Add on nutrition coaching or additional training support to create a plan that makes working out at home work for you.

PLAN 1 – $250M/$300N – custom virtual training plan + weekly trainer coaching
Initial in-person meeting [1 hour] with a Personal Trainer, including:
In-Body scan and (optional) measurements
Goal setting and overview of activity/exercise options
Review of abilities and limits; available equipment
Customized training plan with 3 (three) at-home workouts per week
Weekly virtual meeting / coaching by phone or video [20 min] with Personal Trainer to review fitness goals and progress (weeks 1, 2 and 3)
End-of-program in-person meeting [30 min] with Personal Trainer, including follow-up In-Body scan and (optional) measurements
PLAN 2 – $400M/$450N – weekly nutrition coaching + PLAN 1 benefits
Initial virtual meeting (phone or video) [1 hour] with Nutrition Coach Gloria Dollinger, LDN, RD, including
Goal setting / eating preferences
Review of challenges
In-Body feedback (nutrition related)
Weekly virtual meeting / coaching by phone or video [15 minute] with Nutrition Coach to review food journal and goals

Maintain your weight this holiday season! Join our FREE 7 week No Gain, Maintain contest to help you stay on track during the holidays. This program is designed to keep you accountable as you navigate through the holiday parties and seasonal sweets.
No Gain, Maintain is open to all Inwood Athletic Club members. Weigh in on November 17th and weigh out on January 5th. MAINTAIN your weight within 1 pound and be eligible to win a 6 month memberships to Inwood Athletic Club! Other participants can win a 3 month membership or 10 Park Dollars. Participants are encouraged to weigh in weekly and self-track progress.
