This is a progressive fitness program for all levels. Take advantage of the opportunity to train with new exclusive equipment in a variety of state of art indoor and outdoor facilities. Our team of highly experienced certified trainer-coaches will give you the motivation you need to succeed.

Restorative Yoga is a tool for assisting with relaxation. It is the art of not going, being still to unwind and release tension in the body. Restorative Yoga relies on the use of props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to achieve a deep level of relaxation.
In this yoga class, the chair is your primary prop. Our certified and experienced instructors will help you to find more energy, bring flexibility back to your joints and reduce the stress in your body.

Runners of all abilities join together to run and train for a variety of races and events. Must be 18 years of age or older and membership is for a year.

Get on the “fast track” to weight loss and in shape for summer during this 4 week program. Meeting at ATI field at Joliet Memorial Stadium, this cardio intensive workout utilizes stairs, bleachers, the track and field to increase cardio endurance, speed and burn calories.
