This year, the amount of weight lost will be donated in dollars to sponsor a mobile pantry from The Northern Illinois Food Bank. 50+ Fitness Fusion is designed for those 50+ and conducted on the Inwood Athletic Club fitness floor. The focus is form, function, lifelong wellness, injury prevention and quality of life. Instructor will guide participants through a warm up and cool down/stretch and teach the proper use of strength machines during the instructional circuit.
Please check in for class in Studio 1. Participants are encouraged to wear masks throughout the duration of class.

Are you ready to challenge yourself? Change yourself? Need to burn the burnout? With over 30 seasons and 15 years of success stories, we have the experience and motivation you need to reach your goals.
IAC Boot Camp is a progressive fitness program for all levels featuring exclusive equipment, state of art indoor and outdoor facilities, and guidance from our registered dietician / nutrition coach. Our trainer-coaches are educated, highly experienced, and, most importantly, invested in your success.
Mandatory informational meetings: Thu, Mar 18 at 7p OR Sat, Mar 20 at 9a in the Inwood Athletic Club Board Room

Get on the “fast track” to fitness and in shape for summer during this 4 week program. Meeting at ATI field at Joliet Memorial Stadium, this cardio intensive workout utilizes stairs, bleachers, the track and field to increase cardio endurance, speed and burn calories.
