Lift heavier, HIIT harder, and find your best self in Studio 2X. Our trainer-coaches utilize exclusive equipment and innovative formats to create workouts that will help you to build muscle, endurance power and agility. This is the prescription for a stronger, faster, better you.

Rx: 2X features 15 classes per week and open scheduling so you can attend the class time that works for you. Register for the full 7 week session or purchase a 10 Class Pass at any desk at Inwood Athletic Club. Family add-on rates and payment plans are available.

Always wondered what HIT class would be like with the sandbags or TRX or kettlebells? It’s time to find out as we move HIT class from Studio 1 to Studio 2X. Join us for 2 days of High Intensity Training with cardio and strength drills for the entire body.

OPEN GYM returns for one last WOD!

We give you a workout of the day (WOD). You give us your time. Studio 2X trainers will be on hand to help answer questions, assist with equipment and form, and give you tips on how to customize the WOD for you.
