OPEN GYM returns for one last WOD!
We give you a workout of the day (WOD). You give us your time. Studio 2X trainers will be on hand to help answer questions, assist with equipment and form, and give you tips on how to customize the WOD for you. Drop in any time during the window and complete as much or as little of the WOD as you want before the end of the OPEN GYM session.
