The workouts are designed to build strength and stamina and are taught by a team of motivated, experienced trainer-coaches.

Coming in July!
We’re taking the workout outside in July! On Mondays and Saturdays from July 9 – August 4, we’ll be on the track, field and bleachers with the Stadium Training program. These cardio-intensive workouts will increase endurance and speed and get you on the “fast track” to your fitness goals.
Stadium 2X classes on Monday and Saturday are included with Studio 2X membership. Tuesday – Friday classes will be held in the studio. Full week Stadium Training also is available; more information and registration here.
